The harvest is carried out manually in the second week of September. White vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless steel barrels.
Pleasant to drink for an entire meal and at any time of the day. Excellent with fresh cheeses, raw ham, eggs, white meats, pasta dishes and fish.
