Manual harvest in the first ten days of September. White vinification with frothing, Charmat method. Fermentation takes place in an autoclave, with ageing on yeast for about 90 days with periodic stirring of the product until reaching optimal quality.
Wonderful aperitif, it can also be consumed throughout the meal. Excellent at all times, it accompanies delicate foods, light first courses and fish dishes.
