Manual harvest in the first ten days of September. White vinification with cold maceration, followed by soft pressing and fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

An aperitif wine that goes well with first courses, creams, soups, medium-aged cheeses, raw ham, fish and shellfish.
