Manual harvest in the first ten days of September. White vinification with cold maceration, followed by soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

An aperitif wine that goes well with first courses, creams, soups, medium-aged cheeses, raw ham, fish and shellfish.
