Late manual harvest with grape selection. Fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins for several days in stainless steel containers. Various pump overs follow in order to extract colour, aromas and flavours from the skins.

Pleasant outside meals. It accompanies well typical dishes of the Friuli tradition such as pappardelle, venison and wild boar, red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
