The harvest is carried out manually in the second week of September. White vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Pleasant to drink for an entire meal and at any time of the day. Excellent with fresh cheeses, raw ham, eggs, white meats, pasta dishes and fish.
