Late manual harvest with grape selection. Fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins for several days in stainless steel tanks. Various pump overs follow in order to extract colour, aromas and flavours from the skins.
Pleasant outside meals. It goes well typical dishes of the Friulian tradition such as pappardelle, venison and wild boar, red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
