Manual harvest when the grapes are perfectly ripe. Fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins for some days in stainless steel tanks. Various pump overs are carried out in order to extract colour, aromas and flavours from the skins. Then follows the pressing.

Wine with lovely characteristics, pleasant at any time of day. It can accompany stewed or grilled meats and typical dishes of the Friulian cuisine. To be enjoyed also with medium-aged cheeses.
